These tasks must be completed to an efficient and accurate standard to ensure smooth outbound operations. This position requires the use of our internal warehouse systems and various warehouse equipment, which may include Powered Industrial Trucks.\n\nResponsibilities\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.?\nRetrieve items from racking accurately and efficiently, using our handheld scanning devices and ERP system, completed on foot or using forklift equipment\nSort and consolidate picked items using handheld scanning devices, preparing customer orders for shipment processing\nPack products accurately and securely using our internal SPS system, focusing on providing an excellent customer experience\nOperate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners, and computers, following all established protocols and promoting safe working standards\nMeet all expected performance standards regarding efficiency, accuracy and quality of work\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety guidelines and reporting any hazards to the appropriate leadership.\nWork closely with team members and leadership to meet daily, weekly, and monthly departmental goals\nAbide by all company and warehouse policies?\nFlex into other positions and departments and undertake additional duties as necessary to support the overall operation\nPhysical Requirements\nWork is performed while standing and/or walking, up to and including 12 hours/day.\nRequires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.\nRequires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.\nRequires regular bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.\nRequires the ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 75lbs.\nExperience\n1 year+ of relevant experience in a distribution environment preferred but not required?\nEducation\nThis role does not require a degree.
