NCI provides supports for individuals with intellectual disabilities, mental health diagnosis & traumatic brain injuries in the south metro area.\nDuties will include, but are not limited to;\nReport writing\nTeam meetings\nHandling emergency situations\nDirect care support\nStaff training and supervision\nAnnual paperwork\nFile audits\nMaltreatment internal investigations and reports\nStaffing support\nQualifications needed include a 4 year degree in the Human Services field (or 4 years of full time experience in the human services field), 2 years experience working with individuals with disabilities and/or mental illness & 3 years of supervisory experience in the human services field. Extensive experience with high medical needs is required.\nThis position requires availability to provide additional direct care support with individuals served as needed, which may include evenings and weekends. This position also requires availability to address emergency situations as they arise, which also may include evenings and weekends.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to problem solve & multi-task are also required. This position offers a competitive wage & benefits.
