They write, debug, maintain, and test software in various common languages and for software at various levels in the hierarchy (from Firmware to Application). Software creation follows an agreed to development process (such as Agile, Scrum, etc.) and complies with the product life cycle development (phase/gate deliverables).\n\nDetailed Description\n\nArchitect/Develop/Validate a full stack application to ease the task of designing, deploying and monitoring a next generation data centre including GPU/AI compute elements.\n\nUse Cloud Native Development Methods to support Kubernetes deployments for different scenarios.\n\nBuild Network validation techniques for GPU centric traffic patterns.\n\nOptimize code for performance, efficiency, scalability. Adopt GenAI tools for development efficiency.\n\nWork effectively in a team environment, collaborating with engineers and peer functional leads from different disciplines to innovate solutions, triage issues and provide high speed execution\n\nMentor and coach team members on the technical skills and approaches to solve problems.\n\nDevelop Test Strategies for Testing Different Rack Designs with Varying Rack elements. Implement Test Strategies with available elements/create mock elements as needed.\n\nDevelop Test Frameworks for Automating Rest APIs, User Interfaces and k8s deployments.\n\nWork with product line management, customers and sales teams to understand requirements, review test plans and ensure smooth handoff to System Test teams by meeting their acceptance criteria.\n\nPresent innovation and value addition from our software in technical forums and customer interactions\n\nKnowledge/Skills/Competencies\n\nStrong programming skills: Extensive Programming in Python , Go.\n\nExperience in validating Orchestration Software as well as OAM software for Switches and Servers in Datacenter deployments..\n\nExtensive Networking Testing skills covering various Datacenter deployment types ( L3, BGP EVPN ).\n\nKnowledge of setting up End‑End Testbeds involving Switches and Servers/Storage and able to run either VM or Container workloads.\n\nHands on Skills in setting up virtual topologies using software like GNS3 and usage for different test strategies.\n\nHands on skills in Test Automation using Python, Selenium ( UI ) as well as Network Automation tools like Ansible.\n\nExperience in Analysing Rest/Redfish End Points and Developing Mock Systems to improve development velocity.\n\nClear Communication: Proven ability to articulate requirements and vision to large and diverse audience through written documents like architecture specifications and verbal presentations in technical forums is required.\n\nPhysical Demands\n\nDuties of this position are performed in a normal office environment.\n\nDuties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data.\n\nRepetitive manual movements (e.g., data entry, using a computer mouse, using a calculator, etc.) are frequently required.\n\nOccasional travel may be required.\n\nTypical Experience\n\n6 to 12 years\n\nTypical Education\nBachelor degree or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience.\n\nEducational Requirements may vary by Geography\n\nNotes\nThis job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties and responsibilities of the position.
