If you thrive on accuracy, enjoy problem-solving, and want your work to directly support positive community impact, we encourage you to apply.\nKey Responsibilities\nDonor Database Management\nMaintain, update, and manage donor and prospective constituent records in Bloomerang.\nProcess and record gifts accurately across all campaigns, appeals, and funds.\nEnsure consistency and integrity of donor data through ongoing database maintenance.\nMonitor and resolve duplicate records, coding issues, and data discrepancies.\nReportingAnalytics\nDevelop and maintain fundraising dashboards to track:\nRevenue performance\nDonor retention\nLapsed donor reactivation\nDonor upgrades\nNew donor acquisition\nGrant pipeline activity\nGenerate recurring reports and year-over-year fundraising analyses.\nSegment donor data to support targeted fundraising and marketing initiatives.\nTranslate complex data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making.\nFinancial ReconciliationGift Administration\nReconcile donation records between Bloomerang and QuickBooks on a regular basis.\nEnsure gift processing is timely, accurate, and properly documented.\nManage donor acknowledgment processes and ensure thank-you communications are sent within 48 hours of gift receipt.\nTeam Collaboration\nParticipate in Development team meetings and provide data-driven insights and updates.\nCollaborate with Development, Finance, vendors, and other stakeholders to improve processes and advance fundraising objectives.\nProactively identify data challenges, opportunities, and process improvements.\nQualifications\nRequired EducationExperience\nBachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, Nonprofit Management, Communications, or a related field.\nMinimum of 2-3 years of experience working with data and advanced Excel functions.\nExperience managing and maintaining databases (Bloomerang experience preferred).\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with fundraising, donor management, or nonprofit development.\nData analytics and reporting experience.\nKnowledge of donor stewardship and fundraising metrics.\nExperience working with QuickBooks or similar accounting platforms.\nSkillsCompetencies\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nExcellent organizational and time management skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.\nEffective verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong customer service mindset and donor stewardship focus.\nAbility to work independently while collaborating across teams.\nHigh level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.\nAdditional Requirements\nAbility to lift up to 35 pounds.\nTravel between The Worker sites as needed for meetings, training, and operational support.\nOccasional evening and weekend availability for fundraising events and organizational activities.\nMust be able to obtain and maintain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card prior to hire.\nWhy Join The Worker?\nAt The Worker, every role contributes to meaningful impact in the communities we serve.
