The club offers personalized fitness experiences through private and semi-private personal training, youth workout classes, and one-on-one recovery sessions. With all services provided by appointment only, Four Hundred Fitness Club ensures a tailored and exclusive atmosphere for its members to achieve their fitness goals. Role Description The Speed + Agility Coach will work onsite in Irvine, delivering high-quality, customized training sessions focused on enhancing our youth athletic performance. Responsibilities include creating and implementing speed and agility training programs, leading individual and small group sessions, and ensuring proper form and technique to prevent injuries. This is a part-time position that involves engaging directly with clients to help them improve their physical fitness and achieve their performance objectives. Qualifications Expertise in designing and implementing speed, agility, and athletic performance programsStrong knowledge of proper form, technique, and injury preventionExcellent communication and motivational skills to inspire clientsExperience working with youth athletes is a plusRelevant certifications (e.g., NSCA, NASM, or equivalent) are highly preferredAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekendsCPR and First Aid certification is beneficial
