The position assumes that the incumbent has both the mental and physical requirements to carry out the above defined duties.\n\nMinimum Requirements & Qualifications:\n\nSignificant experience managing large Construction Materials Testing projects.\nStrong field experience with concrete, reinforcing steel (rebar), soils, and drilled pier projects.\nProven experience managing and scheduling 10 or more field technicians.\nStrong knowledge of CMT procedures, construction practices, project specifications, and field operations.\nDemonstrated experience with project scheduling, staffing, budgeting, invoicing, and financial management.\nStrong leadership and personnel-management skills.\nExcellent communication, organizational, and client relationship skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and changing project conditions in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.\nAbility to work independently and coordinate effectively with clients, technicians, project managers, and senior management.\nBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent industry experience will be considered.\nACI, NICET, ICC, or other CMT-related certifications are preferred.\n\nIdeal Candidate:\n\nThe ideal candidate will be an experienced CMT professional with a strong background in large-scale construction projects and demonstrated experience leading field operations.
