Those concepts can be proven out in our on-site, well-equipped engineering development lab. Our engineers also interface with customers on requirements and provide technical proposals in response to requests for quotes. We have a strong mentorship program and believe strongly in collaboration between sales, engineering and manufacturing.\nMust Have Qualifications\nBSEE/BSEET required with MS a plus\nEngineering skills to include analog design with preference to power supply design experience\nDemonstrated knowledge of analog circuits, such as rectifier circuits, regulators, oscillators, amplifiers, filters, inductors and their electronic schematics\nFamiliarity with non-isolated and isolated power electronic topologies such as Buck, Boost, Buck Boost, Flyback, Forward, Half-Bridge, Full-Bridge\nDemonstrated working knowledge of oscilloscopes, electronic loads, AC and DC sources, spectrum analyzers, power analyzers, and LCR meters\nExperience in circuit modeling (PSPICE, LTSpice, PLECs, MATLAB/Simulink, etc.)\nExperience in ECAD software (Altium, KiCAD, Eagle, Mentor Graphics, etc.)\nExcellent written and verbal presentation skills\nGood organizational skills and attention to detail\nWhat's in it for you?\n100% Employee Ownership: Every member of the team shares in the company's financial success through the company-funded employee stock ownership plan (ESOP), but ownership means so much more to us at ACT.
