This position plays a key role in delivering high-quality HR services, serving as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in employee relations, workplace investigations, policy administration, and compliance with employment laws. This position manages complex HR matters, ensures fair and consistent application of policies, and supports the organization's commitment to a respectful, safe, and legally compliant work environment.\r\nJob Duties & Responsibilities: Monitor and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.\r\nSupport leadership to recommend appropriate corrective actions and prevention strategies.\r\nIdentify trends and root causes to help develop proactive HR initiatives, training, and policy improvements.\r\nCollaborate with leadership on initiatives related to retention, engagement, and workforce development.\r\nSupport leadership initiatives that drive culture improvements.\r\nSupport compensation, benefits, and leave administration processes.\r\nSupport the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, employee development, performance management, and offboarding.\r\nSupport the annual benefit budgeting process and business reporting.\r\nSupport the administration of the Drug and Alcohol program.\r\nPerform other duties as requested.\r\nRequired Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree required in Business Management, Industrial Relations, Human Resources Management or similar discipline and 8 years of experience in Human Resources or equivalent experience.\r\nExperience\r\n6 plus years of experience.\r\nExperience with JDE HR or other HR/Payroll systems.\r\nStrong understanding of employment laws, investigation best practices, and workplace ethics.\r\nStrong knowledge of employment laws (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, Title VII, NLRA, etc.).\r\nLicenses: Valid driver's license.\r\nPreferred Qualifications: Certifications:\r\nHR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP).\r\nCertification Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) or Certified Benefit Professional (CBP).\r\nTechnical Skills & Competencies: Excellent verbal, written and Microsoft Office skills.\r\nStrong data analysis, presentation and data integrity skills.\r\nAbility to perform tasks with minimal supervisions.\r\nAbility to establish rapport with people at all levels of an organization.\r\nTravel Requirements: Willingness to travel as necessary.\r\nSupervisory Responsibilities: N/A\r\nAdditional Requirements: Successful completion of a pre-employment physical, including drug and alcohol testing.\r\nAbility to meet the required physical demands, exerting up to 15 pounds of force occasionally and or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
