BSOM learners get focused training with a community-based, diverse set of patients, practices, and facilities. BSOM has 13 accredited residency programs and 10 accredited fellowships, with opportunities for growth. BSOM helps educate over 212 graduate students, 510 medical students, 488 residents & fellows each year.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in health sciences, public health, management, or related field and 5 years of related experience.\nExperience in the fields of education and/or social justice/anti-racism pedagogy preferred.\nKnowledge of research administration procedures, data collection, and data reporting.\nAbility to work independently to achieve performance objectives.\nAbility to communicate with the team members while using highly effective communication interpersonal skills.\nAbility to adapt to various competing demands and demonstrate the highest level of service and response.
