This position is fully remote on government-furnished equipment, with core hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm Eastern.(Military Veterans and HUBZone residents are highly encouraged to apply)Role OverviewProvides systems engineering support for the technical architecture, environment configuration, and integration of the Oracle Cloud EPM solution with federal health systems.Key DutiesEngineer the technical environment for the EPM solution, including development, test, training, demonstration, and production environmentsDesign connectivity between Oracle Cloud and federal source systems, including network paths, VPN, and secure file transferCoordinate the B2B gateway questionnaire and connectivity testingConfigure CAC-based single sign-on and identity integration with DoD identity frameworksSupport environment-level security hardening and provide technical evidence for the ATOTroubleshoot system-level performance, connectivity, and integration issuesMaintain technical architecture documentation and environment baselinesRequired Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field8+ years of systems engineering experience on enterprise IT programsStrong troubleshooting and environment-configuration skillsExperience with identity federation and single sign-on (SAML) and CAC/PKI authenticationWorking knowledge of networking, secure file transfer, and cloud connectivityExperience documenting system architecture and environment configurationsAbility to obtain and maintain a Tier 2 background investigation and CAC eligibilityPreferred QualificationsPrior experience supporting the Defense Health Agency (DHA) or Military Health System (MHS)Experience integrating cloud SaaS platforms with DoD source systemsOracle Cloud Infrastructure or Oracle EPM Cloud administration experienceExperience with DoD network connectivity processesThe compensation range for this position is $120,000 to $150,000. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to location, skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.In addition, U.S Citizenship is required. Applicants will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information and be able to obtain a government-granted security clearance.
