Sales Assistant
Job DescriptionManage and respond to emails on behalf of the executiveWork on projects pertaining to customer updates within the CRM systemProvide phone support, including screening and directing callsSchedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangementsAssist with sales calls, including note-taking, follow-ups, and scheduling client meetingsPrepare reports, presentations, and other business documentsHandle confidential information with discretionPerform other administrative duties as assignedQualifications:QualificationsMinimum of five years of experience within an executive level support roleExperience with a CRM software like Salesforce and/or Hubspot preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in a client-facing capacityExperience handling sales calls or supporting sales teams is a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant business softwareAbility to work independently and efficiently in a small office environmentAdditional InformationCompensation: $65-85KThis is a full-time, in person position that will require a 40 + hour work week.
