Our 2.5 year development program is designed to fast track in an immersive experience through hands-on offshore rotational exposure, international assignments, leadership training, and program projects.\nPrincipal Duties and Responsibilities\nPerforms work corresponding with each phase of the program including but not limited to junior roles, technical roles and offshore management positions.\nCompletes reports, projects and presentations as required by the program.\nCompletes mandatory training to work offshore and developmental training.\nCompletes company competency program.\nQualifications / Education\nEngineering degree from an accredited university; principal focus in Electrical, Mechanical, Structural or Marine is preferred.\nBachelor's degree from an accredited maritime institution.\nMinimum GPA of 2.5, preferred 3.0 and above.\nAbility to work offshore in a global rig environment for extended periods of time\nSkills & Experience\nLeadership qualities\nEnthusiastic desire to learn\nCollaboration and teamwork\nAdaptability to new environments\nStrong problem solving abilities\nGlobal interest\nConfident oral and written communication\nDesire to relocate internationally\nExtra Application Information\nWhile completing the application here, please upload your resume and transcript.
