Finance - Corporate Accountant
Overview Corporate Tools in Post Falls, Idaho is looking for a Corporate Accountant to join our growing Accounting Department. Corporate Tools is a hyper-growth company using tech-backed services, professional services, and real estate. We are seeking a teammate who is eager to develop their career, stay close to the numbers, and contribute to the business as a driver of performance. This is a full-time salaried position with a Monday–Friday schedule and potential for some remote work. Onboarding and training will occur in person for at least the first 90 days in Post Falls, with continued in-office collaboration 2–3 days a week.

Wage $125,000/year

Responsibilities Complete month-end closing process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with GAAP
Prepare and analyze reporting, identify trends and anomalies, and provide actionable insights that drive business performance
Understand and communicate the financial performance of multiple entities
Develop processes to improve internal controls and efficiencies
Prepare schedules and documentation to support journal entries
Review accounting entries and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
Foster coworker development and collaboration
Support the financial planning process across the organization
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in accounting
5+ years of prior professional corporate accounting experience
Integrity and discretion
Ability to acknowledge mistakes, learn, and adapt quickly
