Registered Nurse Acute Care - Medical / Surgical Unit - RN Seeking a Registered Nurse for our Med/Surg floor at an established hospital in Northern Alabama. Providing direct and indirect nursing care to patients in a medical-surgical setting, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for patients with a wide range of conditions. Pay: $55,316 - $87,613 Schedule: Days or Nights Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough nursing assessments, including history taking and physical examination, to determine patient needs. Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients based on their specific medical conditions, treatment goals, and administer medications prescribed by physicians ensuring proper dosages Work collaboratively with physicians, specialists, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare providers to develop and implement effective care plans Key Requirements: Bachelor or Associate Degree of Science required Current Registered Nurse license in State BLS and ACLS Acute Care experience preferred
