Job Summary We are seeking a friendly Host to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a positive dining experience. Your responsibilities will include managing reservations, greeting guests, and maintaining an efficient flow of service within the restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality. Duties Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor and ensure they feel welcomed. Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize table turnover while maintaining guest comfort. Provide menus and explain daily specials to guests as they are seated. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host area. Uphold high standards of customer service in line with our restaurant's values. Requirements Previous Host experience in a restaurant is preferred. Strong background in food service and customer service is essential. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette. Ability to handle guest relations effectively, ensuring a positive experience for all patrons. A passion for hospitality and serving others is crucial for success in this role. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
