The engineer will work closely with data scientists and end users to develop analytic tools that support discovery and tradecraft around critical global challenges and operationalize data science within customer environments.\nKey Duties\nWork directly with data scientists and mission analysts to solve complex strategic problems\nPerform end‑to‑end software engineering to prototype, develop, integrate, test, and deploy analytic tools\nIntegrate tools and tradecraft into customer corporate architectures\nSupport the operationalization of data science solutions at scale\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree with eleven (11) years of relevant experience, or equivalent\nStrong experience with Jupyter Notebooks, Java MapReduce, and Python PySpark\nStrong experience with statistical analysis and machine learning fundamentals\nStrong experience with customer tools, architecture, data flow, and big‑data environments\nProficiency with Jira, Confluence, and GitLab\nExperience working in Agile development environments\nExperience with end‑to‑end software development processes (requirements, design, implementation, testing, integration, deployment, and maintenance)\nExperience with data science, Machine Learning (ML), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Large Language Models (LLMs)\nActive TS/SCI with Polygraph\nCompensation\nSalary range: $155,000 – $175,000\nBenefits\nEmployee may be required to occasionally lift and/or move moderate amounts of weight, typically less than 20 pounds, but may vary depending on the position.
