This is solely commission-based position.\nResponsibilities:\nCollaborate with hiring managers to understand technical staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies\nSource, identify, and engage qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks\nConduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit\nManage the candidate pipeline and maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant tracking records\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience\nCoordinate and schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and provide timely feedback to all stakeholders\nNegotiate and finalize job offers in alignment with company guidelines and candidate expectations\nStay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in technical recruitment\nContribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategies\nRequirements:\nMinimum of 3 years of experience as a technical recruiter, preferably within the IT or software development industry\nProven track record of successfully sourcing, attracting, and hiring technical professionals\nIn-depth understanding of technical roles, skill sets, and industry-specific requirements\nStrong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques and interview methodologies\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and build relationships\nFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment\nHigh level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information\nPreferred Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field\nExperience with recruiting for a variety of technical positions, such as software engineers, data scientists, systems administrators, etc.\nFamiliarity with software development methodologies and technologies\nCertifications in recruitment or human resources\nProactive and innovative mindset, with the ability to identify and implement recruitment strategies to attract top technical talent\nKnowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring\nWe look forward to reviewing applications from experienced Technical Recruiters who can contribute to the growth and success of Digitech Solutions, LLC.\nJob Type: Contract\nSchedule:\nChoose your own hours\nApplication Question(s):\nThis is not an hourly position.
