When you apply and get hired, you are eligible for a $500 sign-on bonus.Position Summary:Center For Family Services is seeking an individual with experience with administrative duties for the Case Aide position at the Juntos Program. The Case Aide is a motivated, culturally sensitive individual who is dedicated to the care of program youth and assisting the Case Management Team. The Case Management Team will coordinate and provide individual and group living skills assessments and training for all youth within the Juntos program as well as monitor and perform individualized life skills instruction.Location: Bridgewater, NJStatus: Full-TimeDuties and Responsibilities:Displays professional demeanor in all interactions with children, adults, and families served, as well as colleagues, and/or community members.Assists lead case managers and case managers with shelter residents.Answers phones, greets visitors, opens and distributes mail.Assists in completing progress notes, collects statistics, and completes written reports as required.Meets with the designated program supervisor and clinical supervisor regularly for time structuring and case planning.When necessary, case management staff are required to work collaboratively with agencies which conduct home studies and provide post release services.Assists in maintaining 24-hour case management coverage and provides rotating on-call emergency coverage as needed.Transports youth to various appointments including medical, recreational, educational, and employment appointments.Assists with case management for youth assigned to caseload and assists in other advocacy for sheltered youth as needed.Job Requirements:Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) degree or related field preferredThree to five years' experience working with youthTwo or more years working in an administrative support capacityExcellent written documentation and data entry skillsRequired to contribute to a highly detailed electronic health record and in other related systemsBilingual in English and Spanish (conversational Spanish required, fluent Spanish preferred)Current driver's license with a great driving record of at least three yearsVehicle with current insurance and registrationBenefits:At the Center for Family Services, our employees are our greatest resource, and we are committed to investing in our staff.
