This role supports production operations by assembling, inspecting, and testing components in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working with hand tools and basic measurement equipment in a fast-paced production environment.\n\nWhat will I be delivering?\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nAssemble mechanical and electrical components following work instructions and engineering drawings\nBuild cable and wire harness assemblies to manufacturing specifications\nUse hand tools, power tools, and basic measurement equipment to complete assemblies\nPerform crimping, soldering, heat shrinking, and cable routing as required\nInspect completed work to ensure quality standards and specifications are met\nIdentify defects or discrepancies and escalate issues to the appropriate team member or supervisor\nMaintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety guidelines\nAccurately complete production documentation and track work orders\nSupport continuous improvement and meet production goals as part of the team\n\nWhat are we looking for?\nQualifications:\n\nMinimum 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred\nAbility to read and interpret assembly drawings and work instructions\nExperience using hand tools and basic measurement equipment (calipers, micrometers, multimeters preferred)\nFamiliarity with cable assembly, crimping, soldering, and wire harness work is a plus\nStrong attention to detail and ability to follow processes\nAbility to prioritize tasks and manage workflow effectively\nBasic computer skills for documentation and tracking\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\nExperience in aerospace, electronics, or precision manufacturing\nIPC/WHMA-A-620 or J-STD-001 certification\nFamiliarity with lean manufacturing principles\nPrior experience in a production or assembly environment\n\nBenefits for Working at Concurrent\n\n20 days’ vacation + 7 public holidays\n5 sick/personal days per year\nAnnual profit share bonus\nEmployee referral scheme\nHealth insurance\nOne paid volunteering day per year\nPrincipal 401K Plan\nYuLife wellbeing app\nWork EligibilityIn compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
