Veterans are strongly encouraged to apply.\r\nWhat You'll Do:Program CNC Horizontal, Vertical, Lathe, and 5-Axis machines using Mastercam.Troubleshoot programming and machining issues during the manufacturing process to ensure efficiency and accuracy.Perform rigorous quality control checks and inspect products to ensure strict adherence to technical blueprints and ISO Standards.Monitor equipment operations, recognize machining abnormalities, and make necessary adjustments.Collaborate effectively as part of a dynamic team, maintaining flexibility with rotating assignments.Actively participate in required training, demonstrate a continuous willingness to learn, and assist in training team members as appropriate.Adhere strictly to all company safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your co-workers.What We're Looking For:3-5 years of hands-on experience in a machine shop environment, with a minimum of 2-3 years specifically dedicated to CNC programming and setup.
