Reporting to the Program Manager for Corporate IT Asset Management, you will provide technical and process leadership for internal and external clients, enabling the business through improved IT Asset inventory technologies and processes.\nLocation This position is hybrid, based in our Jacksonville, FL office.\nDuties & Responsibilities Serve as a point of contact for FNF’s hardware inventory and asset management practices.\nAssist in managing the Technical Services inventory in ServiceNow, including education, intake, data governance, and record decommission.\nImprove current HAM governance reporting programs and work with IT managers to act on reporting insights.\nAct as a central point for governance, risk, and compliance groups to secure information regarding hardware inventory and asset management practices.\nImplement and maintain HAM capabilities such as asset lifecycle management, procurement, inventory, refresh, and disposal processes using ServiceNow‑supported processes and other tools.\nDevelop and enhance Service Portal components for self‑service asset requests, tracking, and reporting.\nEnsure data integrity and accuracy within the CMDB for all hardware assets, including CI relationships and attributes.\nEnable governance structure that allows the Technical Services inventory to serve multiple departments and resource needs.\nLead ITAM’s participation in the implementation and maintenance of integrations between ServiceNow HAM and external systems, inventory management systems, and discovery tools.\nCollaborate with stakeholders (business, technical, GRC) to understand requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and improve existing hardware asset management processes.\nIdentify opportunities for automation within the HAM lifecycle to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.\nCreate and maintain comprehensive technical and process documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and strategic direction guidance.\nManage and mentor a small team directly, acting as a hands‑on manager, and work closely with IT Finance and Licensing to control the service budget.\nContinue contract review and updates as service requirements change and mature.\nWillingness to travel if required.\nMinimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.\nMinimum 10 years of job‑related experience.\nIT Operations Current technical knowledge of IT hardware and software, including servers, desktops, laptops, mobile devices, network devices, storage devices, software licensing basics, enterprise applications, virtual devices, services, and components.\n5+ years’ experience in modern IT infrastructure support and maintenance, understanding how an IT Operations group delivers services and supports the company.\nServiceNow Digital Portfolio Management 5+ years’ experience working within the technology portfolio management offerings from ServiceNow.\nCommunication and Management Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.\nPrior team leadership experience.\nRelevant certifications such as ITIL, ServiceNow DF (CMDB and CSDM), ServiceNow CSA, and ServiceNow CIS‑HAM.\nPreferred Experience IT project management experience in planning and implementing enterprise‑level systems.\nExperience in technology product management.\nExperience with data analysis using Power BI, Excel Pivot Tables, or similar tools.\nDemonstrated experience with assisting with the management of an F500’s enterprise hardware asset and inventory program in ServiceNow.\nCompensation & Benefits FNF considers multiple factors—including education, training, specialty, experience, and location—to determine compensation.
