Key Responsibilities Provide clinical customer service through telephonic assessments and referrals for healthcare resources Conduct utilization management and medical necessity determinations to facilitate timely authorizations Engage with members and providers to educate on behavioral health benefits and ensure quality service delivery Required Qualifications A current, unrestricted clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, Clinical Psychologist, or Registered Nurse) 3-5 years of direct clinical care experience in psychiatric or chemical dependency treatment Strong clinical skills and ability to pass comprehensive background checks Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks High-speed internet service and a quiet workspace for remote work
