Role Description The Supervisor role at UC San Diego Health is a full-time remote position that involves supervising and managing staff, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, and maintaining operational efficiency. Responsibilities include coordinating team activities, providing mentorship, monitoring performance, and implementing strategic initiatives to improve service delivery. The Supervisor will also facilitate communication between departments, handle scheduling, and address operational challenges to meet departmental goals.
