Ultimately, the Warehouse Associate contributes to the smooth flow of goods from receipt to shipment, supporting overall business success.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nAbility to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds regularly.\nBasic math skills and ability to read and understand shipping documents.\nPrior experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred but not required.\nAbility to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nForklift certification or experience operating warehouse machinery.\nFamiliarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nExperience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.\nBasic computer skills including data entry and use of handheld scanning devices.\nResponsibilities:\nReceive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders and packing lists.\nOrganize and store inventory in designated locations to optimize space and accessibility.\nPick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.\nConduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to management.\nOperate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and in compliance with company policies.\nMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment adhering to safety regulations.\nCollaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity targets and resolve operational issues.\nHours: 7:00am - 3:30pm\nMonday through Friday with some Saturday's\nPay: $17.00 per hour\nSkills:\nThe required skills such as physical stamina and basic math are essential for handling daily warehouse tasks like lifting, sorting, and verifying shipments.
