In this role you will design and develop training content (live and virtual) for instructor-led learning on an LMS system. This position is 100% remote however there might be occasional travel needed to the partner's home offices in Florida.\n\nKey responsibilities:\nDesign and develop training content (live and virtual) for instructor-led learning.\nPresent solution recommendations or options based on learning and development needs.\nParticipate in live design, project management, and stakeholder management efforts.\nReview, coordinate, and communicate product and system releases to end users and support teams so that impacts and actions can be delivered.\n\nMinimum 5 years experience in a similar type role\nLearning Management Systems (LMS) implementation and/or maintenance.\nDesign experience in an corporate L&D environment for both virtual and live instruction\nAdvise and deliver live and virtual instructor-led training sessions via an LMS system.\nBachelor's degree (BA or BS) in a related field\nLeveraging all relevant technology tools, to include Microsoft applications, to manage day to day responsibilities and effectively communicate and collaborate across teams\nCornerstone On Demand or other Learning Management System experience is a plus\nLeveraging analytics and project management skills to manage multiple projects and align resources to ensure priorities are met\nHave worked with an onshore/offshore model\nExperience with product release management and product ownership\nProven track record with Project Management or Project Coordination - specifically in a corporate learning setting\nStrong presence and communication skills\nSelf sufficient with strong initiative and willingness to learn\nStrong data analytical skills\nExperience in a professional services firm or equivalent\nListed salary ranges may vary based on experience, qualifications, and local market.
