International Mechanical Service Technician

We are expanding our team and looking for a skilled International Service Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and commission our equipment at customer facilities worldwide, as well as support operations in-house.The Role: As an International Service Technician, you will be the face of our company globally, responsible for on-site troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of industrial manufacturing machinery across our international and domestic customer base. When not traveling, you will work hands-on at our facility assisting with new machine builds and providing remote (phone/virtual) troubleshooting support to our global customers.Key Responsibilities:Travel extensively internationally and domestically to customer sites (we currently sell to 22 different countries).Perform on-site troubleshooting, repair, and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and fluid power systems on custom industrial machinery.Assist the engineering and manufacturing teams with new machine builds on the shop floor between travel assignments.Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting to global customers via phone or video calls.Participate in ongoing training to stay current on our machinery and international industry standards.Plus any other assigned tasksQualifications & Experience:A valid passport and the ability to travel internationally is required.Strong working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and fluid power systems in industrial manufacturing.Ability to accurately read and interpret hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical prints (Note: You will be tested on this during the interview process).Physical Demands: To successfully perform the essential functions of this job, the employee must be able to meet the following physical demands:Frequently lift a maximum of 50 lbs. of equipment.Regularly crouch, kneel, squat, climb steps/ladders, and reach arms above the head.Bend forward at the waist or bend legs and spine to install or move equipment.Work safely in an environment with fluctuating temperatures.Perform tasks while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE), including a mask, face shield, and composite-toed boots.Compensation & Benefits:Starting Salary: $30-45 an hour (based on experience)Year-end bonus opportunitiesCompany matching IRAExcellent comprehensive company benefitsCompany Description Small nimble multinational company that engineers and builds automated equipment in Cleveland Ohio that is used in 22 different countries Company Description Small nimble multinational company that engineers and builds automated equipment in Cleveland Ohio that is used in 22 different countries
