This role requires someone local to Seattle who can work in the same time zone and be present in-office as the company grows.\r\nExecutive Support (Core Responsibility)\r\nProvide dedicated support to the President and CTO\r\nAct as a true gatekeeperprioritizing time, managing interruptions, and confidently saying \"no\" when needed\r\nProactively manage and plan upcoming priorities, including shaping agendas weeks to months in advance\r\nTrack fast-moving commitments (e.g., external engagements) and ensure executives are prepared and present\r\nCalendar Management & Scheduling\r\nOwn complex calendars with constant changes (\"calendar churn\")\r\nCoordinate meetings across multiple time zones (U.S. and global)\r\nNavigate last-minute changes with speed and sound judgment\r\nEnsure executives have space for focus time, breaks, and realistic schedules\r\nTravel & Logistics\r\nManage all domestic and international travel booking end-to-end\r\nMake smart, experience-based decisions (e.g., balancing cost vs. practicalitynot defaulting to impractical early flights)\r\nAlign travel with business priorities and executive well-being\r\nExpenses & Approvals\r\nOwn expense management, including submission and approvals\r\nEnsure accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with company policies\r\nTake full ownership of this process to reduce executive overhead\r\nStakeholder Coordination\r\nLiaise with internal teams and external stakeholders (customers, partners, investors)\r\nTrack down and coordinate executives when needed across competing priorities\r\nRepresent leadership with professionalism and clarity\r\nOffice & Operations (Core as Office Opens potential for summer/fall 2026)\r\nTake on office administration responsibilities as the Seattle office launches\r\nSupport office setup, vendor coordination, and ongoing operations\r\nHelp establish processes and structure for a growing team\r\nEvents & Planning\r\nSupport planning of company events (e.g., offsites, team gatherings, board meetings)\r\nInitially a lighter lift, growing over time; partner with the broader team to execute\r\nHelp manage budgets and logistics for these events\r\nProcess & Scaling\r\nBuild and improve administrative processes as the company grows\r\nPartner with Operations on scaling systems and workflows\r\nPotential to support light business operations work over time (not a primary responsibility initially)\r\nWho You Are\r\n10+ years of experience supporting senior executives in fast-paced environments\r\nExceptional judgment and maturityyou know how to prioritize, push back, and make decisions independently\r\nHighly organized and adaptable, with the ability to manage constant change\r\nStrong communicator, comfortable working across all levels internally and externally\r\nExperienced in managing complex travel, scheduling, and executive logistics\r\nHigh level of discretion and trustworthiness with sensitive information\r\nBased in the Seattle area and able to work in Pacific Time\r\nStartup experience is a plus but not required; experience in large tech environments is equally valued.\r\nCompensation: Base salary of $120,000-$150,000 plus bonus.
