West Texas Family Medicine/Medical Director - $275k+, Sign-On, No Call

Job Description Job Opportunity: Family Medicine/Medical DirectorOur organization is seeking a dedicated Family Medicine/Medical Director to oversee our clinic located in South Lubbock, TX. This role involves a blend of responsibilities, with approximately 70% focused on Primary Care and 30% on Urgent Care. The patient demographic includes 60% adults, 20% pediatrics, and 20% geriatrics. The clinic is equipped with 8 examination rooms, 1 procedure room, an onsite laboratory, x-ray facilities, as well as bracing, splinting, and suturing services. The team currently consists of 1 Family Physician and 2 Advanced Practitioners.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage clinic operations, ensuring high-quality patient care.Provide comprehensive medical services across various age groups.Collaborate with staff to enhance clinic efficiency and patient satisfaction.Compensation and BenefitsBase salary in the range of $275,000, complemented by a wRVU incentive.Medical Director stipend of $24,000.Sign-on bonus of $20,000.Relocation assistance of $10,000.Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance of $2,500.Generous paid time off (27 days).No on-call duties required.Clinic hours: Monday to Friday (8 AM - 8 PM), Saturday (9 AM - 5 PM), and Sunday (1 PM - 5 PM).Utilization of CERNER EMR and dynamic documentation systems.About Lubbock, TexasLubbock is situated in the northwestern part of Texas, centrally located within the South Plains region, bordered by the Permian Basin to the south and the Texas Panhandle to the north.
