We offer a wide range of job opportunities, competitive compensation, full benefits, an Employee Stock Ownership Plan and more.\nYOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:\nThe General Manager oversees all aspects of a single facility and its respective P&L, leading teams across production, quality control, maintenance, and planning to ensure efficient operations, meeting production targets, maintain quality standards, and achieve business goals, while also managing all facility financials, safety compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives, essentially responsible for the overall performance of the facility.\nWHAT YOU'LL DO:\nOperational Leadership:\nOversee daily manufacturing operations, including production scheduling and forecasting, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.\nMonitor and manage production metrics like output, efficiency, and scrap rates.\nOversee quality control processes to ensure product consistency and compliance with standards.\nCollaborate with engineering teams to implement process improvements and new technologies.\nFinancial Management:\nDevelop and manage the manufacturing budget, including cost control and expense management.\nAnalyze financial data to identify areas for cost reduction and profit optimization.\nMonitor inventory levels and manage procurement activities.\nResponsible for managing the facility budgets and P&L statement to ensure goals are met.\nBe the spokesperson for the respective facility on monthly Cost At Completions (CAC) meetings.\nTeam Leadership:\nLead and motivate a cross-functional team of supervisors, managers, and production personnel.\nFoster a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving.\nProvide training and development opportunities for staff.\nHas a firm grasp of the facility culture pulse and inspires everyone to be their best each day.\nSafety and Compliance:\nEnsure adherence to all safety regulations and procedures within the manufacturing facility.\nInvestigate and address safety incidents promptly.\nPromote a strong safety culture among employees.\nStrategic Planning:\nIdentify and implement strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiency and productivity.\nAnalyze market trends and customer needs to inform production planning.\nCollaborate with other departments to align manufacturing goals with the overall company strategy.\nWHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:\nFull understanding of manufacturing and program management functions.\nExperience managing a book of business of $150m or more.\nStrong understanding of client expectations and implements processes to ensure 100% satisfaction.\nExcellent communication skills, both verbal and nonverbal.\nExperience with Oracle and Change Management software.\nWHAT YOU BRING TO US:\nMinimum 15 Years applicable manufacturing operations experience, preferably in the modular space.\nBachelor's Degree in Business, Construction Management, or equivalent\nCan be a combination of training, education and relevant work experience.\nTRAVEL:\nUp to 10%\nWORKING CONDITIONS:\nGeneral work environment - sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending.
