This role works across engineering, manufacturing, and customer teams to deliver reliable, functional, and supportable automation systems from project kickoff through startup and customer acceptance.What's a Typical Day Like?Develop PLC and HMI programs using platforms such as Allen-Bradley and SiemensSupport electrical controls design including schematics, panel layouts, and controls documentationDebug, test, and support machines during build, runoff, and startupCollaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, Manufacturing, Electricians, and Customers throughout project executionSupport controls-related troubleshooting in manufacturing and the fieldGenerate controls-related BOMs and support component selectionResearch and apply new controls technologies and improvementsWhat Are the Requirements of the Job?Associate or bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or related technical field — or equivalent experience, minimum of 5 years.Experience with PLC/HMI programming and industrial controls systemsFamiliarity with AutoCAD Electrical or similar electrical CAD softwareStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyAllen-Bradley and/or Siemens experienceCapital equipment or custom machinery experienceStartup, commissioning, or field service experienceAbility to work in fast-paced environment.Ability to move or lift up to 50+ lbs.Ability to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel.Ability to utilize hand/eye coordination.Capability to stand for prolonged periods of timeCommunication skills.Why Choose Kable Workforce Solutions?Weekly PayExclusive Access Opportunities to V.I.P.
