Committed to our mission of making communities healthier, we strive to deliver high-quality, compassionate care close to home.How you'll contributeA Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) who excels in this role:* Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding* Take and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure, and weight* Support patient mobility by transferring, repositioning, and ambulating patients safely* Observe and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff promptly* Maintain patient hygiene, comfort, and a clean, safe care environment in accordance with facility protocolsWhy join usWe believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
