High School Diploma/GED requiredMinimum 1–3 years of experience in packaging support, production coordination, labeling, production art, or a related execution-focused role.Experience in food, beverage, consumer products, or manufacturing environments is preferredExperience supporting packaging workflows, print vendors, or production environments preferredFamiliarity with packaging mockups, file management systems, and structured workflow processesAbility to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of organization and accuracyStrong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentExperience supporting cross-functional teams and coordinating packaging-related deliverables preferredJob DescriptionThe Packaging Coordinator supports day-to-day packaging and labeling execution by maintaining organized production files, producing accurate label outputs, and creating internal mockups for review. This role is highly detail-oriented and focused on execution, ensuring packaging assets are production-ready and properly maintained across systems. This is a hands-on production role requiring strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to follow technical specifications closely.Key ResponsibilitiesOrganize, maintain, archive, and version-control packaging and label files to ensure accuracy and consistency across all active and historical materialsPrepare, format, and print labels in-house according to established specifications and production requirementsCreate both digital and physical mockups to support internal reviews, approvals, and packaging evaluationsReview packaging files for compliance with production standards, including dielines, bleeds, color accuracy, sizing, and print specificationsMaintain and update Excel-based tracking documents related to SKUs, packaging versions, revisions, and project statusBuild, format, and update PowerPoint presentations for internal meetings, packaging reviews, and cross-functional discussions.Support packaging workflow coordination by collaborating with Marketing, Operations, and Production teams to ensure timely execution of packaging-related tasksAssist in identifying and troubleshooting basic file, formatting, or print-related issues as they arise during the production processHelp maintain organized file structures and standardized workflows to reduce version confusion and improve operational efficiencyEnsure packaging assets remain accurate, accessible, and aligned with approved production standards throughout the lifecycle of a projectKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesStrong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy across multiple packaging files, revisions, and projectsProficiency in Adobe Illustrator and familiarity with production file preparation requirementsBasic understanding of print production processes, packaging specifications, and label production standardsStrong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for tracking, reporting, and presentation supportAbility to follow technical specifications, standardized workflows, and established production processes consistentlyEffective communication and collaboration skills when working cross-functionally with internal departmentsAbility to identify and troubleshoot basic file preparation or print-related issues independentlyComfortable managing multiple projects and maintaining organized digital file systems and version control practicesGT’s Employee Experience (Benefits/Perks)Health Insurance: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance401K with MatchingEmployee Assistance ProgramDiscounts on the amazing GT’s product line (available for pickup at headquarters only)Corporate Discounts with our partners through LifeMart (concert & sporting event tickets, cell phone service, gifts, restaurants, hotels, childcare, and more!)Job DetailsLocation: Vernon, CA (On-site 5 days a week)Employment Type: Full TimeStatus: Non-ExemptWork Attire: Use good judgment, keeping in mind the nature of their work, their safety and the safety of others, and their need to interact with the public.Pay Range: $29.00 – $32.00 per hour.GT's Living Foods, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to hiring a diverse workforce and maintaining an inclusive culture.
