About the Opportunity:The Program Manager, Operational Excellence will lead the development and evolution of a modern Operational Excellence program called PowerUP. The role focuses on enhancing training programs and capability-building efforts to accelerate business outcomes by integrating systems thinking, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, and generative AI. This position is central to driving adoption and improvement of operational excellence practices across the enterprise.3. Responsibilities:• Lead the delivery and continuous enhancement of PowerUP training programs and learning materials.• Update training content by incorporating practical applications of generative AI, automation, and contemporary concepts.• Align training content with organizational priorities to achieve measurable performance outcomes.• Use data-driven insights to assess training effectiveness and guide program improvements.• Utilize AI-enabled tools and digital solutions to enhance scalability and learner engagement.• Collaborate with global and regional partners to align training initiatives with enterprise learning strategies.• Collect participant feedback and adjust content and delivery methods accordingly.• Conduct engaging training sessions in various formats including in-person, virtual, and blended.• Equip employees with practical tools and problem-solving skills to build continuous improvement capabilities.• Maintain a high-quality learner experience consistent with organizational standards.• Stay informed on current practices in operational excellence, adult learning, and AI to inform training delivery.• Coach candidates throughout their certification processes, reviewing projects and providing constructive feedback.• Promote a culture of accountability and continuous learning through coaching.4. Requirements:• Minimum 7 years of experience in operational excellence, continuous improvement, transformation, or related areas.• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification; Master Black Belt preferred.• Proven experience coaching Lean Six Sigma certification candidates.• Experience developing and promoting learning programs in global matrix environments.• Skilled in designing and improving training curricula and facilitator materials.• Strong facilitation skills for diverse, cross-functional audiences.• Ability to translate complex concepts into practical learning experiences.• Data-driven approach to measuring training effectiveness.• Familiarity with AI applications in learning and development.• Bachelor''s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• Salary range: $89,865 to $155,767, determined by location, skills, experience, and education.• Eligibility for variable pay opportunity.6.
