This role will oversee the governance, coordination, and execution of enterprise-wide compliance efforts to ensure cloud-based applications meet GovRAMP security requirements and NIST SP 800-53 standards.\nThe Project Manager will partner closely with Cybersecurity, Cloud Engineering, Infrastructure, Application Development, Legal, Compliance, and Vendor Management teams to drive compliance across client-owned applications and third-party vendor solutions supporting Medicaid members. This is a highly cross-functional program management role focused on governance, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and executive reporting rather than hands-on technical implementation.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead enterprise-wide GovRAMP compliance initiatives supporting Medicaid cloud applications.\nCoordinate cross-functional efforts across Cybersecurity, Cloud Engineering, Infrastructure, Application Development, Compliance, Legal, and Vendor Management teams.\nManage project governance, including RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies), milestone tracking, issue resolution, and executive status reporting.\nDrive application readiness activities to ensure compliance with GovRAMP and NIST SP 800-53 security control requirements.\nPartner with cybersecurity teams to track security assessments, remediation activities, and compliance milestones.\nCoordinate activities across approximately 60 internal and external application owners and vendors to ensure timely completion of compliance requirements.\nFacilitate governance meetings, remove blockers, manage dependencies, and escalate risks as needed.\nTrack program progress and maintain dashboards using Jira Align, Azure DevOps (ADO), and other project management tools.\nSupport continuous monitoring activities and ongoing compliance reporting throughout the lifecycle of the program.\nEnsure alignment across multiple stakeholders while maintaining project schedules and regulatory deadlines.\nRequired Qualifications\n10+ years of IT Project Management experience leading large-scale enterprise initiatives.\nExperience managing cybersecurity, compliance, governance, or regulatory programs.\nWorking knowledge of GovRAMP, FedRAMP, or similar security compliance frameworks.\nFamiliarity with NIST SP 800-53 security controls and compliance processes.\nExperience coordinating cross-functional technical teams, including Security, Infrastructure, Cloud Engineering, and Application Development.\nHealthcare industry experience, preferably supporting Medicaid or Medicare initiatives.\nExperience using Jira Align, Azure DevOps (ADO), or similar Agile project management tools.\nExcellent organizational, communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.\nPMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, CSM, or other Project Management/Agile certifications preferred.\nPreferred Experience\nExperience leading cloud security or regulatory compliance initiatives within Azure or other cloud environments.\nExperience managing large vendor ecosystems and third-party compliance activities.\nFamiliarity with enterprise governance frameworks and cybersecurity risk management.\nExperience supporting highly regulated healthcare or government environments.\nDisclaimer: Brooksource, Medasource, and Calculated Hire are part of the Eight Eleven Group family of companies and operate under Eight Eleven Group, LLC.
