Here are the job position details for your review: Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic Pay Rate: $32.82 to $34.17/HR Duration: 10 Months (High possibility to convert Permanent role) Location: West Hazleton, PA Shift timing - 2nd shift (2:30 PM – 10:30 PM Eastern time) Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of current or recent Industrial Maintenance experience; high school diploma or GED required (vocational/technical coursework preferred) Intermediate to advanced skills in mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems and experience with machine shop equipment Basic welding and electrical skills Intermediate level computer skills (Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, e-mail) Responsibilities: Industrial Maintenance Mechanics are responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing packaging machinery and equipment safely and efficiently within budgetary constraints. Ensure operation of mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance and aiding in troubleshooting technical issues; demonstrated ability to identify issues, conduct root cause analysis, and take action to fix issues Fabricate repair parts by using machine shop equipment, troubleshoot and repair 480 volt 3 phase equipment Manage self-directed projects from inception to completion; able to work in a team-based environment but can complete tasks on their own Willing to work extended shift hours and weekend overtime as necessary Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $32.82 - $34.17 per hour Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Evening shift Monday to Friday Application Question(s): Please share an alternate email address.
