This position is ideal for someone eager to develop their skills in food production, packaging, and industrial operations within a fast-paced environment that values safety, quality, and teamwork.\nResponsibilities\nOperate packaging machines and other manufacturing equipment efficiently and safely during assigned shifts\nTroubleshoot mechanical and operational issues promptly to minimize downtime\nHandle materials using material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts following safety protocols\nMaintain cleanliness and organization of work areas in compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards\nAssist in setting up machinery for different production runs and perform routine maintenance checks\nFollow all safety standards in production environments, including PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) use and safety protocol adherence\nSupport warehouse activities such as loading, unloading, and inventory management as needed\nQualifications\nPrior experience operating industrial equipment or machinery in a manufacturing or food production setting is preferred\nBasic math skills for measurements, counting, and quality checks\nMechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively\nAbility to operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred)\nStrong understanding of safety standards in production environments and GMP compliance\nFamiliarity with packaging machines and machining processes is a plus\nGood communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment\nJoin our team to be part of a vibrant manufacturing operation where your skills contribute directly to product quality and operational excellence!
