As part of the Project Management team, the Project Engineer collaborates closely with the Project Manager to ensure the smooth implementation and completion of projects. This position requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and offers an excellent opportunity for career growth and development within the construction industry.\nResponsibilities\nAssist the Project Manager or Senior Project Manager in all phases of the project, including planning, design,procurement, construction, and closeout.\nProvide technical support and input on project-related matters.\nAssist with the preparation and review of project plans, schedules, budgets, and contracts.\nParticipate in project meetings and document discussions and action items.\nCoordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams, to ensure project requirements are met.\nManage project closeout including punch list, closeout documentation, and final payments.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field required.\nPrior experience in the construction industry through internships, co-op programs, or entry-level positions is preferred but not mandatory.\nStrong understanding of construction principles, methods, and practices.\nKnowledge of construction codes, regulations, and safety standards.\nProficient in project management software and tools.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nStrong organizational and time management abilities.\nAttention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.\nFlexibility to adapt to changing project needs and priorities.\nJoin us as we build innovative solutions that shape the future of construction.
