We are building the future of care for older adults, grounded in purpose, accountability, and respect for the people and communities we serve.\nThe Job\nSupport Compliance Oversight Manager with all regulatory audits & readiness activities.\nPerform audits on internal monitoring and reporting activities including findings summary, reporting, and corrective action plans monitoring\n\nYou Will\nSupport the plan’s regulatory audits, audit readiness activities, and corrective action plans\nmonitoring.\nSupport the Enterprise Monitoring processes and deliverables.\nContribute to the development of policies and procedures for the plan’s audit process, repository, and readiness activities Assist with the standardization of new protocols related to audits.\nDraft audit update documents for Enterprise Compliance Committee, Compliance Committee and other committees as requested.\nSupport the design and implementation of internal compliance monitoring program which includes,\nbut not limited to, internal and external audits, corrective action plans, key performance metrics,\ndelegated oversight activities, and system implementation.\nSupport the sales oversight process.\nResponsible for the timely and quality deliverables for the assigned internal and external audit coordination activities, internal compliance monitoring activities, key performance metrics, and corrective action plans monitoring.\nSupport the design and implementation of internal compliance monitoring program which includes,\nbut not limited to, internal and external audits, corrective action plans, key performance metrics,\ndelegated oversight activities, process improvements, and system implementation.\nDraft and present audit findings, reports, and corrective action plans.
