We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented professional with extensive Florida title and escrow experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.\nThis role is ideal for someone who can confidently manage residential and commercial transactions while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, professionalism, and communication.\nThe ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, has hands-on experience using Qualia, and enjoys building strong relationships with clients, Realtors®, lenders, attorneys, and business partners.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage residential and commercial real estate transactions from title clearance through funding.\nServe as the primary point of contact for buyers, sellers, Realtors®, lenders, attorneys, and vendors throughout each transaction.\nPrepare, review, and balance Closing Disclosures (CDs), ALTA Settlement Statements, settlement figures, and closing packages.\nCoordinate and conduct signings in both English and Spanish.\nClearly explain closing documents and answer client questions with professionalism and confidence.\nReview title commitments, lender instructions, payoffs, HOA/Condominium estoppels, surveys, municipal lien searches, and title requirements.\nVerify that all lender and title conditions have been satisfied prior to funding.\nBalance files and ensure accuracy before disbursement.\nMaintain complete and organized electronic files using Qualia.\nEnsure compliance with ALTA Best Practices, lender guidelines, Florida regulations, and company policies.\nCollaborate with processors, post-closing staff, and management to ensure smooth, timely transactions.\nDeliver an outstanding customer experience while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.\nRequired Qualifications\nFluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).\nMinimum of 3 years of Florida title and escrow experience.\nHands-on Qualia experience is required.
