This is a highly visible role supporting a Partner directly, offering the opportunity to work on complex construction litigation matters in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.Why join us? 100% employer-paid medical and dental coverage (employee) Comprehensive benefits package Direct partnership exposure and mentorship Stable, team-oriented environment with high-quality workJob DetailsKey Responsibilities Provide full litigation support on construction defect cases from inception through trial Draft, review, and manage legal documents including pleadings, discovery, motions, and correspondence Coordinate and manage all phases of discovery, including document production, interrogatories, and subpoenas Maintain and organize case files, exhibits, and litigation calendars Assist with trial preparation, including deposition summaries, witness coordination, and exhibit preparation Communicate with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and internal teams as needed Track deadlines and ensure compliance with court rules and filing requirements ________________________________________Qualifications 3+ years of paralegal experience within a litigation environment (construction defect experience strongly preferred) Strong understanding of litigation processes, procedures, and timelines Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced setting Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Proficiency with legal software and Microsoft Office SuiteInterested in hearing more?
