Independent Sales Representative - Legal Software (Commission-Only)

DescriptionA Miami-based software studio is looking for an independent sales representative to bring a purpose-built practice management platform to solo and small law firms.This is a commission-only role with real upside: you earn 25% of every dollar collected from accounts you close, every month, for as long as that client remains on the platform. Commission is not capped and compounds as your book of business grows.You will also receive your own instance of the platform to manage your pipeline, track leads, and monitor your sales activity.What you will do:Leverage your existing network in the legal community to identify and engage solo practitioners and small firms (1-5 attorneys)Set appointments and present the product to prospective clients (training and demo support provided)Build and manage your own sales pipeline from first contact through closeAttend bar association events, CLEs, and legal networking functionsDevelop referral relationships with paralegals, legal assistants, office managers, and other professionals in the legal ecosystemWhat we provide:Your own instance of the platform for pipeline and lead managementProduct training, demo support, and marketing collateralA product with a clear value proposition and straightforward pricing that resonates with underserved small firmsRequirementsExisting relationships or experience in the legal field: attorney, paralegal, legal assistant, legal marketing professional, court reporter, legal technology consultant, or similarUnderstanding of the pain points of running a small law firmComfort with consultative, relationship-driven salesSelf-motivated and organizedActive in Florida bar association circles or legal networking is a strong plusBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plusCompensation1099 independent contractor25% of monthly revenue collected, paid when payment is receivedRecurring indefinitely for the life of the client relationshipNo cap on accounts or earnings
