The selected leader will partner closely with senior leadership to translate strategic organizational priorities into actionable plans and provide insight into program performance.\r\nPosition Responsibilities Supports Program Management and Business Transformation leadership on long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives.\r\nOperates strategically, participates in high-level strategic deliberations, and offers confidential thoughts and input as a sounding board to the PM and BT leadership team to help refine and advance key initiatives.\r\nEstablishes and maintains strong relationships with internal stakeholders and leadership to enable effective decision-making.\r\nSupports the PM/BT executive operating rhythm, including reviews, readiness assessments, and strategic planning activities.\r\nSupports the BDS CEO operating rhythm for key BDS reporting requirements and reviews.\r\nBasic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent work experience.\r\n5+ years of experience with Program Management Best Practices (PMBP).\r\nExperience leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects, transactions or initiatives.\r\n5+ years of experience with program oversight and metrics reporting.\r\nExperience in building strong business relationships and collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.\r\nPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience) 5+ years of experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) or similar.\r\nExperience in one or more functional areas.\r\nExperience operating in a complex, multi-program or portfolio environment.\r\nExperience developing a team to enhance engagement and performance.\r\nTypical Education/Experience Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g., Bachelor) and typically 14 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g., PhD + 9 years related work experience, Master + 12 years related work experience, 18 years related work experience, etc.).\r\nRelocation and Travel Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.\r\nPosition may require travel up to 50% of the time.\r\nDrug Free Workplace We are a Drug Free Workplace.
