Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role for a Salon Coordinator located in Wilmington, NC. The Salon Coordinator will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling appointment scheduling, social media postings and ensuring smooth communication between customers and stylists to name a few . Additional tasks include greeting clients, answering phones, and ensuring a positive salon experience through professional and welcoming customer service. Qualifications Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist DutiesExperience with Appointment Scheduling and managing calendarsStrong Communication and Customer Service skillsAbility to multitask and manage a fast-paced environmentFriendly and professional demeanorPrior experience in a salon or customer-facing role is a plus
