project success, including the following:\nAssist superintendent with management of subcontractors and project schedules\nMonitor and manage project labor and material costs and productivity\nMonitor and administer QA/QC program with superintendent with emphasis on QA\nServe as relationship manager for clients and maintain subcontractor, vendor and community relationships\nGuide and support project staff\nAssist estimators with bidding, provide productivity/unit cost trends and subcontractor/vendor performance information\nPreferred candidate qualifications include:\nBachelor’s Degree (Construction Management or Business Administration is preferred) or equivalent industry experience\nA minimum five years of industry experience is preferred\nCandidates must display a high degree of professionalism\nCandidates should demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills\nKnowledge of Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Word and Excel, and experience with project management and
