This position offers the chance to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that’s constantly evolving.Main ResponsibilitiesInterface with technical managers, developers, and engineers to understand technology needs and IT requirementsCollaborate with IT leadership to design and implement scalable, reliable cloud solutions across domainsParticipate in Proof of Technology (POT) and Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives; contribute to RFP evaluations for vendor/product selectionEnsure alignment with architecture/design standards, quality guidelines, and compliance requirementsResearch emerging hardware/software technologies; evaluate alternatives and recommend optimal solutionsPerform hands-on engineering tasks and create reusable procedures and technical runbooksDecompose features into executable user stories with clear descriptions, sizing, and dependencies in Agile sprintsDevelop scripts and automation to reduce manual interventions and improve engineering consistencyAssist in validating product releases and fine-tuning existing systems for performance and stabilityProvide technical guidance and coaching to peers and junior team membersFoster collaboration across multiple delivery streams and geographically distributed teamsWe Are Looking For Candidates Who Possess The FollowingSpecialized knowledge of cloud platforms and infrastructure operations3+ years of professional experience as a Cloud Platform or DevOps EngineerProven expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), scripting, and cloud automation using tools such as Terraform and AnsibleSpecialized knowledge in multiple technology domains with proficiency in a broad set of tools and productsSpecialized knowledge of middleware, operating systems, APIs, and database platformsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented with a focus on delivery qualityEffective organizational and troubleshooting capabilities in complex environmentsStrong interpersonal skills; able to work efficiently within matrixed teamsAbility to coordinate task execution across distributed teams and multiple streamsStrategically anticipates problems and proactively contributes to team successExperience in developing solutionsCompetenciesCompassionate and kind, showing courtesy, dignity, and respect.
