Resident Care Manager

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Care Manager based in Three Rivers, MI. The Care Manager will oversee daily management of residents and staff, coordinates care plans for residents, and communicates with families abd managment team . Responsibilities include promoting personalized care, providing training to staff, and supporting residents with elder care needs. The Care Manager will work closely with families and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maintain the highest levels of resident care and service. Qualifications Experience in resident care with knowledge of creating and monitoring personalized care plansSkills in Training and team leadership to guide and support staff effectivelyBackground in Elder Care addressing the unique needs of senior residentsUnderstanding of Medications related to seniors’ health and wellnessStrong communication, empathy, and organizational skillsAbility to work on-site to meet the hands-on demands of this role both physically and socially Previous experience in senior care leadership settings is preferred
