andapplicationsTroubleshoot multi-layer issues (VMware, storage latency, connectivity,application failures)Provide L2/L3 support, incident resolution, and root cause analysis Perform patching, upgrades, performance tuning, and lifecycle managementMaintain infrastructure documentation, SOPs, and runbooksHandle capacity planning and forecasting Support ITSM processes (incident, problem, change, release management)Ensure CMDB is updated and aligned with infrastructure and cloud environments Develop automation scripts (PowerShell, Bash, Python)Improve provisioning efficiency and integrate tools using APIs Collaborate with infrastructure, security, cloud, and service delivery teamsEnsure system availability, performance, and service continuitySkills & Qualifications Strong VMware administration experience (ESXi, vCenter, clusters, HA, DRS)Hands-on experience with enterprise storage systems (PowerFlex, EMC,NetApp, etc.)Strong knowledge of SAN/NAS, RAID, iSCSI, Fibre Channel Experience with enterprise backup platforms (Dell PowerProtect preferred)Knowledge of backup compliance, air-gapped backups, and disaster recoverytesting Proficiency in Windows and Linux server administrationExperience managing Active Directory / LDAP and access controls Experience with endpoint/security tools (Defender, CrowdStrike)Strong understanding of infrastructure security and
