The vast majority of those orders move smoothly. A small number do not.\nThe Fraud Operations Coordinator sits at that intersection. About 50% of your time goes to our fraud prevention program: triaging suspicious activity, vetting carriers, and supporting investigations and recovery. The rest is spent working live orders alongside our Delivery Operations team, keeping pickups and deliveries on schedule and solving the exceptions that need a human to step in.\nThe two halves make each other better - working real orders every day teaches you what normal looks like, which is what lets you spot the load, the dispatcher, or the pickup that doesn't. The vehicles we move are often unique; some carry high monetary value and some only sentimental value, but all of them matter to the person having them moved. Protecting them, and the honest carriers who move them, is what this role is designed for.\nThis position is a hybrid role with 3 days onsite in Tempe, Arizona. Please do not apply if you are unable to work in the office 3 days per week.\nRequirements What You Will Be Doing: Works with the Transporter Success team to evaluate potential fraud risks associated with new transporters and transporters undergoing periodic review.\nKeeps every carrier and fraud decision legally defensible by maintaining an immutable system of record in SharePoint - what was reviewed, when, and why, with a named approver, written rationale, timestamps, and point-in-time screenshots (SAFER, CSA, RMIS, insurance).\nHelps to recover vehicles that are stolen, diverted, or held by assisting with time-sensitive investigations and recovery - locating vehicles and drivers through GPS and telematics, pressing suspected bad actors directly for verification and return, coordinating with law enforcement, terminals, and recovery vendors, and assisting with halting or clawing back payments to limit loss.\nContains active threats within minutes as part of the rapid-response point of contact group - disabling accounts, restricting loads, holding payments, and mobilizing recovery to limit exposure while the situation is live.\nAssists in resolving fraud cases end-to-end and equips partners to act - preserving platform, GPS and telematics, communication, and document evidence, and preparing case packages for police reports, CargoNet and Verisk submissions, and insurance claims.\nSurfaces emerging fraud early by triaging daily alert queues - duplicate pickup or delivery information, geo-validation failures, GPS disablement after pickup, anomalous logins, and unusual claim or unclaim behavior - and escalating high-risk patterns to the Fraud Specialist.\nLogistics Coordination (approximately 50% of the role) Keeps pickups and deliveries on schedule by managing a high volume of carrier, customer, and in-platform communication.\nEnsures loads dispatch cleanly by confirming carrier assignments, pickup and delivery details, and complete, accurate documentation\nProtects on-time delivery by tracking shipments in transit and resolving missed, delayed, or at-risk loads before they fall behind.\nResolves the exceptions that need a human by coordinating across internal and external sources and keeping stakeholders informed with professionalism.\nSets accurate customer expectations for moving a vehicle and solves nuanced handling or scheduling needs, drawing on deep automotive knowledge.\nStrengthens customer and carrier retention through responsive, professional service and current knowledge of company products and services.\nAdditional Responsibilities Other duties as assigned to meet the requirements of the role.\nWhat You Bring to the Team by Way of Skills and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required.
