Ensures a high level of client service and satisfaction in all aspects of the role.\nCourt Services\nElectronically file documents in federal, state, and appellate courts.\nReview filings for compliance with court rules and requirements.\nCommunicate e-filing procedures and updates to attorneys and staff.\nCoordinate with third-party vendors for filing, delivery, and court research.\nConduct procedural research across jurisdictions.\nCalendar/Rules\nCalculate and calendar court deadlines using the automated docketing system.\nApply court rules to advise attorneys on deadlines and procedures.\nMaintain accurate, consistent calendar entries.\nPrepare and distribute weekly firmwide calendar reports.\nMonitor rule changes and communicate updates to attorneys and staff.\nProfessional Development\nStay current on litigation docketing, court rules, and legal technology.\nLeverage technology to improve efficiency and client service.\nContribute to projects that enhance departmental processes and services.\n\nABOUT YOU\nBachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and calendaring experience.\nMinimum 2–3 years of experience with docketing and e-filing in state and federal courts.\nFamiliarity with California procedural codes, Fed. R. Civ.
