Your departmental responsibilities will include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; recommending rewards and disciplinary actions.\r\nSalary: $30- $36/hr DOE\r\nResponsibilities\r\n\r\nManage administrative affairs\r\nFace facility inspections from goverment regulatory bodies\r\nVisit governmental offices and be responsible for submissions in line with the legal stipulations for the country\r\nCustomer service management\r\nCustomer data maintenance\r\nFront office maintenance\r\nStationery stock management\r\nTravel / transport coordination\r\nReporting Training new admins\r\nEnsure facility management\r\nSupport accounts team in areas of payroll, payables, inventory Job scheduling and duty rosters\r\nClerical duties, filing and data maintenance\r\nCoordination of inter laboratory transactions when required\r\nProvide assistance to the department managers / supervisors\r\nEnsure adherence to the company policies\r\nConduct periodic team meetings with specific emphasis on HSE, technical updates, etc.\r\nCo-ordinate for periodic training for the team\r\nMotivate the team for superior performance and be a conduit between employees needs and the company\r\nCoordinate department employees leave with minimum effect on the operations\r\n\r\nSkills / Qualifications\r\n\r\nGraduate degree\r\n3 years prior experience in a Senior Administrative Supervisor capacity with a total experience of not less than 8 years\r\nGood command of English Language\r\nExperience with reporting\r\nPrior track record conducting training\r\n\r\nCompany Overview\r\nElement is one of the fastest growing testing, inspection and certification businesses in the world.
